What else says Happy Thanksgiving or Merry Christmas than cranberries? I am not a huge cranberry fan, but with sugar, anything is possible. So, I accepted the challenge of trying to make moist white chocolate cranberry cookies that you all will love. And one that you can make for the holidays and keep for decades.
Moist White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

This recipe is like a mix of sweet and sour, unexpected cinnamon, yet deliciously pleasing. These moist white chocolate cranberry cookie recipes would be a staple for you. If someone had told me that I would eat a cranberry cookie. I would have denied it. Not to brag, but these white chocolate cranberry cookies are the best.
If you are planning a party or need to bake something for a large gathering. Consider these cookies, they will be the talk of the party, and you will be the highlight. They are light, chewy, and most importantly, delicious, with bitter chunks of cranberries in each bite.
Let’s get started
Preheat your oven to 350 and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter, vanilla, and egg together. Next, add all your dry ingredients, flour, cake mix, and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix well, then fold in your cranberries (3/4 cup of cranberries in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, sprinkle with ¼ cup of sugar).
There is one more step before you put these cookies in the oven. Now that you’ve added your cranberries fold in the white chocolate chip.

These will be kind of moist; that’s why the extra flour was added.
Now you can take 2 tablespoons and space them apart and bake for 15 minutes or until done.
