Add Cinnamon and Nutmeg

I used the largest skillet I could find. My skillet was 20 inches, but you can use a smaller skillet, you just may not need that much cookie dough.
I lined my skillet with parchment paper precut in a circle.
Set the oven to 350
In a microwave-safe dish, add cranberries, and sugar to the water with a splash of cinnamon. For 5 minutes and let set aside. Make sure the cranberries and the water do not overflow in the microwave. This is to soften up the cranberries. You can also make this mixture a couple of days before.
Next, take the sugar cookie dough and press it down in the skillet about ¼ inch thick. Make sure the cookie dough is evenly spread in the skillet.

Now, take your drained cranberries and place them on top of the sugar cookie mix. Be sure not to add too many cranberries.
Next, add your white chocolate chips to the top of the sugar cookie dough.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until done.

Let the fruit pizza cool completely.
