Do you ever get tired of having to buy knives over and over again because, well, they stain or go dull? Well, I have been your tester for the “Hero Knife Set.” I was skeptical at first because they were very economical. These knives are inexpensive, sexy, and overall a great value. Totally, a good find. I didn’t want to spend a couple of hundred dollars on some knives. But I did want a nice-looking knife set. So, I turned to Amazon to see which knives would serve my purpose.
Well, I was looking for something that would:
Carve my cakes, well, because I bake a lot
Cut fresh bread
Cut fruits and vegetables without a struggle, leaving a crisp cut
Peel vegetables, and most importantly, cut my steaks, I love steaks
Now, I’m not a professional food cutter, but these knives satisfied all my needs. Rarely do I buy repeat items from amazon, but whenever I need a new set. I will most definitely buy these. My only complaint is that they do not have matching spoons and forks. I would love to see those as well. Hopefully, they will launch those new products soon; fingers crossed.
I have used these knives for 2 years at the time of writing this article, and I have not needed to sharpen them. At all. The knives still cut sharp.
I also wasn’t a fan of the knife stand, so I bought another one that went more with my décor. I love it too.
