Ok, so kitchen aid stand mixers are amazing. They are heavy-duty and get the job done. It will handle any batter, dough, or pasta. The stand mixers come just about in any color you could imagine, which is important when you want them to match your décor. I mean, you have the kitchen aid professional mixer or the artesian mixer. But, when you are making many different batches, you need to be versatile.
For example, for Thanksgiving, I’m usually making several desserts for the family, from pumpkin pies, sweet potato pies, apple pies, and dump cakes to homemade rolls. Now, I am a very busy lady, and I love convenience. So, I wanted a product that would help me move more efficiently in the kitchen. I was a little hesitant to buy this at first. But, after I used this hand mixer about 100 times, I realized, I really like this portable cordless handheld kitchen mixer. I can clean it up in just a few minutes and use it for many batches of whatever I am making. I also use it to make large batches of various recipes in a large bowl. Well, why do I need the large bowl? I need it to keep the consistency of a single recipe.
I also love this cordless mixer because I am not restricted to a particular area in the kitchen, and it’s lightweight. I love this kitchen aid mixer for so many reasons.
Now, in order to use this mixer at full speed, you will need to charge it for 2 hours. But the charge could last for a long time. I use it to make many recipes in a day, and it lasts through all of my recipes.
Don’t get me wrong. I still use my stand mixer, but only for special occasions.
So, if you are in the market for a new mixer and don’t want to speed $200 to $400. A more affordable option may be the Kitchen Aid Cordless 7-speed hand mixer. Not to mention, this mixer seems to have a lot of positive reviews online.
